|Workout||This killer ab workout will get you strong abs fast. You will need a partner for this ab workout|
First lay down on your back and hold on to your partners ankle which should be right above your head. Your legs should be straight and your heels should be together.
Next lift your heels about 3 inches off of the ground.
Now you will lift your legs keeping them straight until they get almost to your partners chest. They will then push your legs back towards the ground, however you must keep your legs straight and under control to get your heel at the 3 inch from the ground mark. Your partner can push your legs straight down or to the left or right side.
